## Description

Under Cake Pressure is a Czech baking and food blog created by sisters Veronika and Bětka, who share their love of baking and creative kitchen projects. The site brings together a growing collection of sweet recipes, practical DIY ideas and articles for readers who enjoy making desserts at home. Its recipes range from cakes, cupcakes and fruit tarts to biscuits, jams, pralines and homemade chocolate. Featured creations include raspberry bars with maple syrup, a delicate tart with curd cream and fruit jelly, chocolate cupcakes with curd ganache, and a birthday cake layered with raspberry and pistachio cream. The sisters also explore inventive flavor combinations, including desserts with apricot, peach, passion fruit and yuzu. Alongside the recipes, Under Cake Pressure offers articles that share inspiration and context around baking, as well as DIY content for hands-on projects. The site introduces its founders and provides contact details for both sisters, making it a personal destination for sweet inspiration, approachable recipes and the creative pleasures of baking.
