## Description

Under The Ropes is an inspiring platform founded by Emma Thomas, a writer, activist, and former Muay Thai fighter dedicated to promoting women's participation in the sport. Established out of her personal journey through the complexities of entering Muay Thai as a woman, the brand focuses on building a supportive community and advocating for gender equality within martial arts. Emma's experiences in Thailand, where she lived and trained for several years, sparked her commitment to addressing gender discrimination and advocating for systemic change.

Under The Ropes offers a rich array of content, including insightful blogs, podcasts, and documentaries that explore women’s Muay Thai and tackle issues such as safeguarding and sexual violence awareness. Emma's work extends beyond her blog, having collaborated with organizations like the Sports Authority of Thailand and Decathlon, where she played a key role in promoting Muay Thai. With a passion for using the sport as a vehicle for empowerment, Under The Ropes aims to inspire and uplift women in martial arts and beyond.
