## Description

Underway NYC is a premier mobile application designed specifically for New Yorkers to enhance their subway navigation experience. With a focus on real-time arrival times and alerts, Underway ensures that users can make informed decisions, whether they need to rush to catch a train or switch lines to avoid delays. The app uniquely features escalator and elevator alerts, keeping users informed about vital accessibility options during their journeys underground.

Underway's intuitive interface allows users to quickly access train arrivals at their current station or any station of choice with just a single tap. Simplified destination terminology, such as “Bronx-bound,” aids users in navigating beyond their usual routes. Moreover, the app remains functional even with limited cell connectivity, avoiding the frustration of frozen screens. Users can also share real-time train status with friends, enabling seamless coordination for group travel. Underway NYC is the essential tool for anyone looking to streamline their subway experience in the bustling city.
