FONDEN UNGES is an altruistic business foundation dedicated to assisting young individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other special needs. The foundation aims to help these individuals achieve personal, social, and professional skills necessary for leading independent and active lives to the fullest extent possible. UNGES Uddannelsescenter, operated by the foundation, offers specially tailored youth education programs such as the Special Educational Youth Program (STU), a specialized 10th year of school, as well as other activity and day programs.

Additionally, the foundation offers specially designed employment programs called KLAR TIL START and GO’ START, as well as the Scan How app. KLAR TIL START provides a targeted employment process for individuals with ASD or autism-like traits, whereas Scan How offers self-help resources for vulnerable citizens. GO' START is a job training program tailored to individuals with autism or similar challenges, helping them reintegrate into the workforce.

FONDEN UNGES also offers consultancy and serves as an inspiration for municipalities, authorities, and organizations in both individual cases and project-based initiatives.
