## Description

Unit603 is a recruitment and market-intelligence partner for defence and dual-use companies. With more than 13 years of recruitment experience and four years focused on military and defence hiring, the team helps businesses identify the people and capabilities needed to solve specific business challenges. It has successfully filled more than 1,200 positions, and conducts every search under a non-disclosure agreement.

Unit603 supports clients throughout the hiring process, from clarifying business needs and defining role profiles to researching talent availability, assessing candidates, and conducting targeted searches. Its services include defence talent intelligence, recruitment support for international companies entering or expanding in Ukraine, and help for Ukrainian defence businesses building teams abroad.

The firm recruits across manufacturing, software, research and development, engineering, administration, and operations. Roles include production specialists, software and embedded engineers, hardware and R&D professionals, finance and procurement staff, logistics experts, and managers. Unit603 emphasizes market knowledge, confidentiality, and relevant candidate quality, presenting people for their fit with the intended business outcome rather than simply matching a vacancy description.
