## Description

United Allergy Services (UAS) helps healthcare providers offer allergy testing and immunotherapy in their practices. Founded in 2009, the company partners with more than 2,500 practitioners across over 20 states, providing services through staffed allergy centers or self-managed kit packages. Its solutions support practices with testing, treatment, patient education, and operational resources.

UAS offers minimally invasive, needle-free environmental allergy testing for 54 allergens, including pollen, mold, pet dander, and dust mites, as well as food allergy and sensitivity testing for up to 23 foods. Treatment options include subcutaneous immunotherapy, or allergy shots, and personalized sublingual immunotherapy through Allergy Allay Drops®. These therapies are based on patients’ test results and provider direction.

Depending on the partnership model, UAS also supplies trained on-site allergy specialists, operational and customer support, staffing assistance, online learning modules, and prescription-generation tools. Its myAllergyPal® mobile app helps patients track immunotherapy dosage and allergy-related information. UAS’s stated mission is to expand access to allergy care by enabling providers to deliver testing and treatment conveniently within their offices.
