United Playaz is a violence prevention and youth development organization that has been serving the San Francisco community for 25 years. Our mission is based on the principle that it takes the hood to save the hood. Located in the vibrant SoMa district, our UP Clubhouse is a safe haven for the diverse youth in the area.

Our dedicated team members share similar backgrounds with the youth we serve, allowing us to understand and support them on a deeper level. We create a positive and nurturing environment where these kids can flourish. Our goal is to provide them with a consistent sense of home and security that they often lack in other aspects of their lives.

At United Playaz, we believe in breaking down barriers and promoting diversity. We encourage youth from various backgrounds to come together, recognize their similarities, and form lasting friendships.
