We developed our breakthrough 20-Minute Stretching Routine, which became immensely popular and inspired us to create the Flexibility Masterclass, a comprehensive program that delves deeper into flexibility training. This program helps our tribe unlock unprecedented levels of mobility for activities like calisthenics, weight lifting, and martial arts. When the COVID-19 pandemic forced us to temporarily close our doors, we viewed it as an opportunity to digitize our unique fitness philosophy.

The result was the Unify Movement System (UMS) and the UMS-App. The UMS-App offers a fully customizable experience tailored to individual goals, schedules, training experience, injury history, and equipment availability. With a focus on integrating strength, flexibility, and fitness into every workout, our goal is to make fitness a personal journey for everyone.
