Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council (UNMC) is a professional regulatory and supervisory body dedicated to providing high-quality nursing and midwifery services to the public in Uganda. Established in 1922, UNMC operates under The Uganda Nurses and Midwives Act (1996) and oversees the registration and licensure of nursing and midwifery professionals.
