Founded in 2008 by early childhood educator Karla Elias, the academy was created to offer children a nurturing, child-centered environment that celebrates Spanish language and Latin American culture. It serves children from six months to five years at its Sellwood location and from 12 months to five years at St. Johns. The academy’s bilingual program gives children daily opportunities to hear and use both Spanish and English in a natural, welcoming setting. Its thematic curriculum draws on children’s interests, developmental needs, and guided learning experiences, with play and culturally appropriate activities supporting language development and exploration. Teachers fluent in both languages encourage curiosity, creativity, and individual growth while providing attentive care and thoughtful guidance. Uno Dos Tres Academy aims to create a safe, inclusive learning community where families are involved and children build a strong foundation for future school experiences. ## Industries - 🏝 Lifestyle - 🏝 Childcare _(under Lifestyle)_ - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 Education _(under Science and Education)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/Uno-Dos-Tres-Academy-162671473791966) - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/uno-dos-tres-academy) ## Logos & icons - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idpbhDzmwD/w/646/h/646/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792743560247) - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idpbhDzmwD/w/180/h/180/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792743560128) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Wisteria | #906cb9 | accent | | Denim | #1485c8 | dark | | Perano | #a1cbf3 | light | ## Fonts - Arial — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
