## Description

UPCCA Aspe is the Community Unit for the Prevention of Addictive Behaviours in Aspe, Alicante. As part of the town’s municipal health and prevention work, it coordinates initiatives designed to prevent addictive behaviours and promote health across the local community. Its municipal prevention plan brings together preventive and intervention activities tailored to the town.

The unit works with young people, families and the wider community, offering educational resources and guidance on prevention. People experiencing difficulties themselves, or concerned about a family member or friend, are invited to seek advice, which the unit says is provided with complete confidentiality. UPCCA Aspe also aims to reach the whole population, extending its focus beyond drug-related prevention to broader health promotion.
