# Request a brand update

Found an outdated logo, wrong color, or stale company detail? Submit a correction and the Brandfetch team will review and apply it.

## What to submit

- **Website URL** (required) — the canonical URL of the brand you want updated.
- **Your email** (optional) — used only to notify you when the update is applied.
- **Reason for the update** (optional) — what's wrong, what should be changed.
- **Link to new brand assets or guidelines** (optional) — a press kit, brand book, or asset download is the fastest way to get the update through.

## Our review process

- Every update is reviewed manually by the Brandfetch team — no auto-accept.
- Turnaround is typically **1 to 7 days**.
- You'll get notified by email when the brand is updated (if you provided one).
- Updates from paid plan customers are prioritized.
