## Description

Up My Hockey is a hockey development and mindset coaching brand founded by Jason Podollan, a former professional player and NHL draft pick. Drawing on his experience in junior, international, and professional hockey, Podollan helps players strengthen the mental side of their game alongside their on-ice development. The brand’s approach focuses on building confidence, improving performance, developing mental fitness, and helping athletes respond constructively to pressure and setbacks.

Up My Hockey offers mindset courses, including the Peak Potential Hockey Project, as well as private and team coaching services. Its programs help players develop focus, emotional control, ownership, and practical strategies they can apply in sport and everyday life. On-ice offerings include spring hockey teams, a U15 development program, power skating with Joel Becker, and summer and fall/winter programs. The brand also features the UMH-68 Showcase, a podcast, resources, and a mindset quiz. Through coaching and mentorship, Up My Hockey aims to support athletes at different stages as they pursue their goals and enjoy the game.
