## Description

The Upper Valley Rowing Foundation (UVRF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the sport of rowing on the scenic Connecticut River between Hanover and Lyme, New Hampshire. Established from a rich history of rowing enthusiasm, UVRF evolved from the Dresden Rowing Club in 2007 and now operates out of Kendal Riverfront Park, where it offers access to club and private rowing equipment.

UVRF serves the community by providing a diverse range of programs, including youth and adult rowing opportunities, such as the UVRF Spring Juniors for high school students and adult sculling clinics. The foundation emphasizes education and safety with comprehensive instructional programs and guidelines. Additionally, UVRF hosts competitive events and off-water activities like virtual erg workouts. Through community engagement and accessibility, UVRF nurtures the love of rowing, fostering a welcoming environment for both novice and experienced rowers alike. Join UVRF to be part of this vibrant rowing community along one of the nation’s most beautiful rivers.
