## Description

Upstream is a revolutionary exchange and trading app that allows users to trade shares in IPOs, crowdfunded companies, US & International equities, SPACs, and celebrity ventures in real time. As a digital securities exchange, Upstream provides a cutting-edge platform for investors to access a wide range of investment opportunities. The brand operates under the MERJ Exchange Market, a licensed and regulated global primary and secondary market platform for securities and digital assets. This affiliation ensures that Upstream adheres to the prevailing Listing Rules, providing a secure and transparent trading environment. Additionally, Upstream offers a unique feature: Sponsor Advisors. These qualified global advisors assist issuers of securities and digital assets throughout the listing process, ensuring compliance with the Listing Rules and maintaining the integrity of the market. Issuers benefit from their guidance on initial and ongoing obligations. With a diverse list of Sponsor Advisors, Upstream enables issuers to tap into a broader range of global investors and attract a larger portion of investment mandates.
