## Description

The UP T20 League is a state-level Twenty20 cricket competition launched in 2023 by the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association (UPCA). It brings together leading cricketing talent from across Uttar Pradesh, offering emerging players a platform to compete and pursue opportunities at higher levels. The league describes itself as India’s premier state T20 tournament and highlights its record of producing players selected for the Indian Premier League.

Six franchises represent cities and regions across the state: Gorakhpur Lions, Kanpur Superstars, Kashi Rudras, Lucknow Falcons, Meerut Mavericks, and Noida Kings. Together, they create local rivalries and give fans a shared focus in supporting Uttar Pradesh cricket. The league is driven by a vision to strengthen domestic cricket, develop players, and support grassroots talent.

Its official website provides information and updates for followers, including match schedules, team profiles, points tables, player performances, news, and galleries. It also offers access to tickets and features league activities such as an influencer league and commentary contest, alongside information about sponsors and partners.
