## Description

Up Top Search is a deep-tech talent agency founded in 2020, partnering with early-stage founders to build core teams through high-impact hires. The firm works across AI, trading, blockchain, and other deep-tech sectors, with a placement track record that includes companies such as VeryAI, Solana, Framework Ventures, MoonPay, Optimism, Monad, and Paxos Labs. Its search model is contingent: clients pay when a hire is made, with no retainers, upfront fees, or exclusivity requirements. Full-time hires include a 60-day money-back guarantee.

Up Top Search combines market research, talent sourcing, matching tools, and recruiter judgment. Before running a search, the team maps relevant companies, roles, and potential candidates, including people who are not actively looking. Its approach emphasizes a high bar for talent and adapts research and sourcing strategies to each assignment.

Alongside hiring services, Up Top Search offers public resources for exploring the talent market: Top Shelf Jobs, a curated roles board; Free Game, hiring intelligence; Dox Radio, conversations with builders; and Pay Up, compensation intelligence.
