## Description

UP Zambia is a Zambian human rights organization dedicated to supporting juveniles in conflict with the law. We provide legal representation, social support, and advocacy to ensure a restorative juvenile justice system in Zambia. Unfortunately, most juveniles in Zambia cannot afford legal aid, leading to one-sided trials and weak convictions. In addition, conditions in Zambian prisons are particularly challenging for vulnerable juveniles. Our mission is to address these issues and assist juveniles in navigating the legal system. With our passionate and professional team, we are committed to making a positive impact by providing much-needed legal resources, social support, and advocating for fair and just treatment. We also collaborate with various stakeholders, including government bodies and nonprofit organizations, to bring about lasting change. Join us in our mission to create a brighter future for juveniles in Zambia.
