To facilitate growth and social investments, Urbaania kasvua Vantaa proposes the concept of a project account manager, who acts as a long-term partner for SMEs, aiding them in their competence development efforts. With a focus on continuous learners and working adults, the brand offers various programs such as apprenticeships and growth coaching, tailored to the specific needs of different individuals. By collaborating with trusted partners and stakeholders like universities, research institutes, and private companies, Urbaania kasvua Vantaa ensures a comprehensive and effective approach to promoting growth through competence and technology.
