## Description

Urban Homeworks is a brand committed to innovative community development, aiming to perpetuate the hope of Jesus Christ. Their mission is to address injustice, overcome barriers, and foster equity. They strive to create affordable and stable homes for low- to moderate-income households, with a focus on BIPOC communities in Minneapolis and St. Paul. By transforming neglected properties into safe and dignified rental or homeownership opportunities, Urban Homeworks combats racial wealth gaps and creates broader social change. They also provide quality rental housing that is affordable and dignified, with support from local social service organizations. For those interested in homeownership, Urban Homeworks offers beautiful single-family homes for purchase, primarily restricted to buyers earning at or below 80% of the Area Median Income. Through their People Oriented Development approach, Urban Homeworks emphasizes community engagement and leadership, promoting social activities that foster healthy and sustainable neighborhoods. Join them in the fight for justice and equity.
