## Description

Urban Impact is a locally owned and operated Canadian waste-management company serving Vancouver and communities across British Columbia, including Richmond, Surrey, and Abbotsford. For 35 years, it has helped businesses reduce waste, improve recycling, and work toward zero-waste and sustainability goals. Its services are designed for organizations of different sizes and industries, from offices and schools to manufacturers, retailers, property managers, and multi-family residences.

Urban Impact offers commercial recycling for materials such as cardboard, office paper, organics, mixed containers, Styrofoam, batteries, and electronic waste. Its waste services include garbage collection, roll-off bins, and compactors, alongside waste audits, consulting, diversion planning, reporting, and plant operations support. The company also provides secure document and hard-drive shredding, including recurring and one-time services, as well as product destruction and waste-to-energy solutions.

Customers can use Urban Impact’s online portal to manage accounts, pay invoices, view collection schedules, and request service changes. The company also supports community outreach through shredding events, charitable giving, Indigenous engagement, and educational programs.
