## Description

The European Urban Resilience Forum (EURESFO) is a leading initiative dedicated to fostering urban resilience in Europe, with its upcoming 12th edition scheduled for June 25-27, 2025, in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Organized by ICLEI and the European Environment Agency, this forum has been a vital platform for city representatives, experts, and stakeholders to engage in discussions about climate change adaptation, disaster management, and resilience-building strategies.

EURESFO 2025 will focus on six key topics, including justice and inclusion, climate adaptation in response to new extremes like heatwaves, and the exploration of nature-based solutions. Attendees will engage in collaborative sessions that promote knowledge sharing and innovative strategies for resilience planning. The forum maintains a distinctive 'PowerPoint free' format, encouraging dynamic discussions and firsthand experiences.

Targeting resilience-makers, innovators, and supporters, EURESFO aims to empower cities and regions to tackle pressing challenges, enhance governance frameworks, and effectively utilize financial resources for sustainable resilience initiatives.
