## Description

The Polibino estate, located in the Dankovsky district of Lipetsk Oblast, represents a significant cultural and historical landmark in Russia. Established in the late 18th century by the noble Nechaev family, this estate comprises a main house, outbuildings, and a tower designed by the renowned engineer Shukhov. Under the stewardship of Dmitry Stepanovich Nechaev, the estate began taking shape with the construction of a stone house and the creation of a formal park by the end of the 1790s. The estate's revival is currently underway, emphasizing the restoration of its historical architecture based on extensive archival research, historical maps, and preserved visual references. This monumental project aims to retain the cultural heritage and natural landscape of Polibino, while contributing to the understanding of regional history. Visitors can keep up with updates on the restoration progress, discover the estate's rich history, and engage with the ongoing community efforts to preserve this important site.
