## Description

DUTY, the U.S. Defense ETF, is sponsored by Aura ETFs Inc. and offers investors exposure to companies connected to America’s defense and national security industries. Listed on the NYSE, the fund seeks to track the Solactive U.S. Defense Index before fees and expenses. Its investment universe includes U.S.-listed companies that earn at least half their revenue from areas such as defense systems and military platforms, defense technology, logistics and mission support, and cybersecurity and digital defense infrastructure.

DUTY is designed for investors interested in the defense sector, which the fund highlights as a large and evolving industry shaped by substantial government spending and advancing technology. Investors can purchase shares through a broker, financial services firm, or advisor. The fund also emphasizes veteran support: Aura ETFs intends to donate 10% of its revenue from DUTY to charities supporting U.S. military veterans and has committed to a minimum donation of $150,000 during the fund’s first year of operations. As with other investments, DUTY involves risk, including the potential loss of principal.
