## Description

Horizon is an AI-powered continuous discovery platform that helps organizations understand how work happens and identify where to improve. Designed for transformation teams, it gathers evidence directly from employees through conversational interviews, then maps workflows, surfaces bottlenecks and highlights priority opportunities. The company says its platform can engage an entire organization in days rather than months, turning employees’ experiences and knowledge into structured, actionable insights.

Horizon’s services include rapid organization-wide discovery, workflow and process analysis, root-cause identification, and prioritized recommendations for quick wins. Its interview experience allows employees to speak naturally, with follow-up questions designed to explore issues in depth. The platform then synthesizes responses into summaries, documentation and concrete improvement actions, helping teams focus on changes with potential business value.

Horizon presents its approach as a way to make previously scattered or tacit organizational knowledge visible and support faster decisions. The company cites work with enterprises including Mercado Libre, Delivery Hero, Itaú, dLocal, iFood, SURA and Despegar.
