## Description

Layerup provides an agentic AI operating system for insurance and financial services organizations. Its long-horizon AI agents run in the background within a company’s existing systems, carrying out complex workflows from intake through completion rather than simply offering recommendations. The platform serves carriers, financial institutions, third-party administrators, lenders, health insurers, and other industry teams.

Layerup’s agents support work across claims, underwriting, customer service, fraud detection, collections, billing and payments, compliance, and other operations. Its coverage spans 16 lines of business, including auto, property, travel, life, health, workers’ compensation, commercial insurance, consumer lending, cards and payments, banking, and mortgage lending. Example capabilities include document extraction, coverage verification, risk assessment, fraud flagging, settlement support, and preparation of underwriting decisions.

Designed for enterprise use, the platform works with existing tools and includes audit logs, visibility into agent reasoning, approval controls, and exception handling. Organizations can begin with one workflow and expand as they assess improvements in cycle time, throughput, and quality.
