## Description

Tako is an AI-powered HR and payroll platform designed to automate the employee lifecycle and help teams focus on higher-value work. Its products, Tako Payroll & People Ops and Tako Recruiter, share a common infrastructure to reduce repetitive tasks, support faster decisions, and give HR, finance, and operations teams greater visibility. Payroll & People Ops automates processes from hiring to offboarding, including payroll calculations, compliance, benefits, and eSocial integration, with figures that can be traced for audit. Tako Recruiter connects with existing applicant tracking systems, conducts conversational candidate interviews, and provides competency scorecards and personalized feedback. Tako also centralizes benefits and offers Otto, an AI agent that can manage HR tasks, analyze company people data, and answer questions about Brazilian labor law with supporting sources. Through Tako MCP, users can review and apply payroll changes from tools such as Claude, ChatGPT via Codex, and Cursor, with approval workflows and audit logs.
