## Description

TODAY is an AI platform designed to help financial advisory businesses improve advisor performance and scale training. It adapts to each organisation’s advisory logic, supporting more consistent client conversations, faster onboarding and less administrative work. The company says more than 3,500 advisors use its services.

The platform transcribes advice conversations in real time and turns them into summaries, follow-up tasks and IDD-compliant documentation. It extracts client and meeting details, then can sync relevant information with CRM and broker systems. TODAY also analyses conversations and gives advisors personalised coaching, including feedback on areas such as opening, objection handling, cross-selling and closing.

For training, the platform offers configurable AI client simulations that let advisors practise realistic discussions and objections, with results available in a dashboard. Its tools are intended for video, in-person, branch and VoIP phone advice. TODAY highlights privacy-conscious streaming, GDPR and EU AI Act compliance, and says recording consent is not needed for its streaming-based transcription. Organisations can start with standard templates and configure the platform to their processes.
