The Union des Syndicats de Grandes Copropriétés (USGC) is an association dedicated to helping manage large condominiums. Since 1991, USGC has brought together property managers of large condominiums to share knowledge and assert their rights to the authorities. The association aims to centralize and analyze experiences and knowledge, as well as discuss issues faced by large condominiums.

Originally, USGC focused on properties such as Parly 2 in Chesnay-Rocquencourt (7,500 lots), Parc Montaigne in Fontenay le Fleury (1,100 lots), Elysée 2 in Celle St Cloud (1,500 lots), Parc Central des Grandes Terres in Marly le Roi (1,500 lots), and Parc de Montmorency in Paris 16th (750 lots). Currently, USGC represents 41 residences and 28,537 lots. By becoming a member, you can benefit from the collective knowledge of the association, stay informed through regular meetings covering various topics, and improve management practices.
