## Description

The United States National Soccer Team Players Association (USNSTPA) is the official labor organization for the current members of the United States Men's National Team, as well as a membership organization for alumni members of the National Team. Founded in 1996 by the members of the US National Team, the Players Association represents players in collective bargaining with the United States Soccer Federation, ensuring fair treatment for all players. With a strong belief in the growth of soccer in the United States, the USNSTPA aims to build meaningful connections from grassroots to the highest level of American professional soccer, the US National Team program. The primary mission of the organization and its website is to promote soccer in the United States and to foster interest and involvement in the sport at all levels. The USNSTPA strives to reach individuals associated with soccer and nurture their passion by providing information, resources, and fostering a sense of community. Through their efforts, the USNSTPA aims to increase the role and significance of soccer in the United States. The USNSTPA also actively supports charitable causes, such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, contributing time, money, and resources to help those in need. They conduct soccer clinics, appearances, and fundraising events like Soccer Kicks for Cancer to support both local communities and national programs. By emphasizing inclusivity, knowledge sharing, and community building, the USNSTPA continues to champion the growth and development of soccer throughout the United States.
