## Description

Utah Rugby League Association (URLA) is a nonprofit community league and the home of Utah’s Hopoate Cup. It connects local players, clubs, sponsors, and fans through a season of rugby league, with a stated goal of creating a pathway to higher-level competition. Its 2026 league information includes standings, fixtures, match results, player rosters, news, rules, and photo galleries. Current clubs include the Bluffdale Rabbitahz, Riverton Seagulls, and Lehi Raiders, with opportunities to join a team or start a new one.

URLA welcomes new and experienced players, offering open practices and pathways for junior players, aspiring referees, and athletes pursuing further competition. The association also promotes clinics and international rugby opportunities. Sponsorship is its sole revenue model: businesses can support the league and receive benefits such as site listings, jersey placement, social media promotion, and season-end analytics. URLA reports that 75% of player-raised sponsorship funds go toward registration and pro-pathway costs, 20% supports team gear and travel, and 5% funds league operations. It also shares match-day photography and full game replays.
