UWC Adriatic | Duino is a renowned brand located in the beautiful village of Duino, in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region of north-east Italy. As a part of the UWC Movement, our mission is to unite people, nations, and cultures for peace and a sustainable future through education. With a diverse student body of 180 students from over 80 countries, we prioritize inclusivity and offer full (75%) or partial (17%) scholarships to 92% of our students.

At UWC Adriatic, education goes beyond the classroom. We teach the International Baccalaureate programme in English, while embracing the core values of the UWC Movement: intercultural understanding, celebration of difference, personal responsibility and integrity, mutual respect and responsibility, personal challenge, action and personal example, idealism, compassion, community service, and respect for the environment. Our values-based education is provided through our five educational strands: academic program, service-based learning, ecological and outdoor education, physical and cultural activities, and social and emotional learning.
