The University of World Economy and Diplomacy (UWED) is a leading educational institution in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, established in 1992. As a part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UWED plays a crucial role in training diplomatic personnel and specialists in international affairs. With a faculty team of 160 members, including professors, doctors, and candidates of science, UWED ensures a high-quality education for its approximately 2000 students, including 26 international students from countries like Canada, Japan, and China. In addition to its three faculties, UWED houses the Diplomatic Academy, Institute of Prospective International Studies, Language Education Center, and an Academic Lyceum.
