Perfect is a pioneering research capacity-building program developed by the University of Zimbabwe's College of Health Sciences (UZCHS), supported by the Fogarty International Center of the US National Institutes of Health. Launched as a continuation of the successful MEPI awards, PERFECT aims to empower junior faculty members in their research careers by training 30 emerging scholars over five years.
