V-ICT-OR is a non-profit organization, known as the Flemish ICT Organization, that aims to support the digitization process of Flemish local governments. They provide services and advocacy for ICT professionals and managers at all levels of local government. With a focus on increasing the social importance of ICT, they strive for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

V-ICT-OR offers a networking and exchange platform for all those involved in ICT in local government, bringing together ICT managers to encourage cooperation and synergy. They actively contribute to the development of European and international ICT standards and codes of good practice.
