## Description

Rosenxt is a Switzerland-based technology group focused on developing high-performance solutions for complex industrial environments, with a long-term commitment to critical infrastructure and energy. Through its UK subsidiary, Rosenxt UK Ltd., the company is strengthening its offshore and subsea capabilities and expanding its presence in Aberdeen and Bristol.

In July 2025, Rosenxt acquired selected assets and specialist talent from Beam, the subsea robotics and engineering business formed through the merger of Rovco and Vaarst. Beam had developed autonomous subsea systems and AI-powered technologies. The acquisition does not continue all of Beam’s former operations; instead, Rosenxt is integrating chosen technical capabilities and expertise into its broader subsea strategy.

Rosenxt’s work is oriented toward intelligent, sustainable solutions and next-generation subsea technologies. The company plans to assess the acquired capabilities and develop a roadmap that responds to future market needs while maintaining operational integrity and long-term performance. By investing selectively in technology and experienced people, Rosenxt aims to build on Beam’s innovative legacy and support evolving requirements across offshore, subsea, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
