Vacuno Rosado is a family-owned brand with over 50 years of experience in carefully rearing calves and selling their exceptional meat. With two farms located in Tajonar and Loza, in Navarra, spanning a total of 140,000 m², our selection of the best Limousin and Charolais breed females live and thrive for approximately 6 months. Our secret lies in a combination of factors: a meticulous animal selection process, 100% vegetarian feeding, and individualized care and well-being.
The meat from Vacuno Rosado stands out due to its unique characteristics. It comes exclusively from selected Limousin and Charolais breed females that are sacrificed at less than 20 months old. Our own, 100% vegetarian feed and the animal's well-being in our farms create meat that is exceptional in terms of color, flavor, juiciness, tenderness, fat infiltration, texture, and consistency.
It is truly crafted with utmost care for the most discerning palates. Since 1999, Vacuno Rosado has been the first Navarran and second national company to obtain the CERTICAR certification for guaranteed quality. We distribute our high-quality meat to supermarkets in Navarra and the Basque Country, as well as traditional butcher shops.
