## Description

VahanDiary is a cloud-based document management platform designed for insurance agents, brokers, and agencies in India. It brings client, vehicle, and policy records together, helping professionals organize documents and keep track of renewal dates without relying on scattered spreadsheets or manual reminders.

The platform supports nine document categories: vehicle, health, and life insurance; fitness and pollution certificates; road permits; speed governors; VLTD tracking; and tax forms. Expiry monitoring highlights active, expiring, and expired documents, while automated WhatsApp reminders help agents follow up with clients before deadlines. Messages can be sent using templates in nine languages, including Hindi, English, Punjabi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.

VahanDiary also offers customer and vehicle profiles, linked records, global search, analytics, report exports, and multi-agent access with role-based permissions. Its multi-tenant design keeps each subscriber’s data isolated. Agents can create an account, add customers and vehicles, and manage documents in one place. VahanDiary offers plans and a free trial, and provides contact and support options for users.
