## Description

Founded in 2011 by Brent and Heather, That Paleo Couple started as an accountability experiment to improve their health and wellness after experiencing the challenges of graduate life and busy schedules. Living in Virginia, the couple embraced the Paleo lifestyle following Brent's successful engagement with the slow-carb diet and later a 30-day Paleo challenge. Their journey led to significant health improvements, including weight loss and alleviated health issues like congestion headaches caused by dairy.

Today, That Paleo Couple serves as a comprehensive resource for those interested in the Paleo and primal way of eating. Their blog features weekly recipes across various categories, such as beef, chicken, seafood, and desserts, along with valuable health tips for individuals aiming for better nutrition. Through building a community around their shared experiences and connections with other Paleo enthusiasts, Brent and Heather have turned their platform into an inspiring guide for anyone looking to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
