Welcome to Vakantiehuis Grote Groep! We are a brand that offers a large holiday home perfect for families and multiple families. Our vacation property is a 500 m2 renovated authentic 17th-century farmhouse located in the small village of Auby-sur-Semois, just 13 km east of Bouillon in the southern Ardennes region. Surrounded by forests, Auby enjoys abundant sunshine, making it one of the sunniest regions in Belgium.

Our house offers all the comfort you need, including fast and stable internet, a professional plancha, and a pellet stove (as well as central heating). We also have solar panels for hot water and electricity. You can enjoy our heated outdoor pool (April to October) and spacious garden, as well as various amenities like a swing, ping pong table, pool table, and foosball.

Relax in our TYLO sauna or unwind in the 2 Amazonas Paradiso family hammocks. We also welcome pets, with prior notification. For availability, reach out to us at auby@proximus.

Stay informed with our latest news, including the installation of new showers and the complete renovation of the outdoor terrace. The house layout includes a ground floor with a large bedroom, TV lounge (50 plasma TV and home cinema), dining area (seating for 20), and an open kitchen. On the first floor, you'll find a spacious open relaxation area with a pool table and foosball, a sauna (TYLO) with options for dry, moist, and aromatherapy, 2 connecting bedrooms, and an additional 2 bedrooms accessed through a rear entrance.

The second floor features a reading and sitting area, 2 smaller bedrooms, and a bathroom. In total, there are 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (including 2 with shower-toilet-sink, 1 with a whirlpool bath-toilet-sink, and 1 with a whirlpool bath for 2-toilet-sink), and 2 additional shower rooms. Our rental prices vary depending on the time of year, with weekend rates ranging from 1090 euros (low season) to 1890 euros (high season) and midweek rates ranging from 890 euros (low season) to 1590 euros (high season).
