## Description

Val Ferman, operated by Pisciculture de la Lévrière SCEA, is a trout fishery and on-site trout farm in Saint-Denis-le-Ferment, in the Vexin Normand area of Normandy. Set in the Lévrière valley, the site has a history of more than 150 years and is located around one hour from Paris and 30 minutes from Cergy-Pontoise. Trout are raised on the premises.

Visitors can fish in the ponds by half-day session, with standard and large-trout options offered according to the stocking calendar. Private ponds are available for full-day bookings by groups, works councils and event organisers; packages include a specified quantity of trout. Children can also fish in a dedicated basin. The farm sells trout directly on site, including rainbow trout and larger trout such as brown trout, with purchases available by appointment.

Fishing is open on Saturdays and Sundays, and advance booking is required. Pond rental hours vary between weekdays and weekends. Val Ferman also shares information about events, including large-trout releases, and provides directions and practical visitor information.
