## Description

Valimised.ee is Estonia’s official elections information portal, providing guidance and public information about the country’s electoral processes. It covers elections for the Riigikogu, local government councils, the European Parliament and the President of the Republic, as well as referendums and parliamentary leadership elections. Visitors can explore current election schedules, voting rules, candidate information, results, historical archives, statistics, open data, reports and analyses.

The portal offers practical guidance for voters and candidates, including information about eligibility, electoral districts and polling stations, voter lists, advance voting, voting on election day, voting abroad and the validity of ballots. It also explains election observation, campaigning rules, complaints and appeals, and the process for determining results. A substantial section is devoted to Estonia’s internet voting system, with instructions, technical requirements, voter applications, vote verification guidance, frequently asked questions, audits and research.

Valimised.ee also publishes news and documents from the National Electoral Committee and the State Electoral Office, alongside contact details for election administrators. The service helps the public understand, participate in and follow Estonia’s elections.
