## Description

Valley Hoopers is a youth basketball organization and a program of TogetherWeGrow Youth Project, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Its mission is to empower young people through basketball by creating a supportive community where players can build confidence, develop character, and grow as leaders and teammates. The organization emphasizes personal development on and off the court, helping athletes strengthen their game while learning skills that extend beyond basketball.

Valley Hoopers offers club teams, player development, the Hoopers Academy, and basketball programs including the West Valley League and 3x3 tournaments. Its development philosophy uses the Constraints-Led Approach, with training environments designed to reflect the unpredictability of real competition. Rather than focusing only on teaching set moves, this approach encourages players to respond instinctively, solve problems, and improve their basketball IQ. The organization also runs camps for players from 3rd through 12th grade, featuring coaching, skill-building drills, and competitive play. Together, these programs provide opportunities for young athletes of different skill levels to learn, compete, and enjoy the game.
