Valor Mentoring is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing mentorship to those in need. Through one-on-one relationships, the organization utilizes music, media, arts, and community outreach projects to make a positive impact. Founded by three men who felt a profound calling to scale their mentorship efforts, Valor Mentoring has since grown to include hundreds of volunteers and 25+ employees.

By contesting the effects of fatherlessness, Valor Mentoring aims to support families and communities. In addition to providing mentorship, the organization also supports families through Safe Families for Children. Their facilities include The REC, a community center and bowling alley on River Road, and soon The REC on Chemawa, a youth-oriented facility for food and community.

By fostering mentorship, Valor Mentoring believes that individuals in the community will be better equipped to make healthy life choices.
