## Description

Vancouver Island Fish Club is a West Coast clothing brand founded in 2017 by fishermen and inspired by the fishing culture, outdoor lifestyle, and communities of Vancouver Island. Its apparel is designed for people who enjoy fishing and the outdoors, with products including shirts, sweaters, and hats for wearing on and off the water. The brand also connects customers with local markets and shares fishing-related news, photos, and information about licences, hatcheries, and salmon enhancement.

Giving back to the waters that support local fisheries is central to the brand’s work. Through its Five Fish Initiative, Vancouver Island Fish Club ensures that five salmon are released into local streams, rivers, and the Pacific Ocean around Vancouver Island for every item purchased. The initiative is supported by work with local hatcheries and enhancement projects, with a focus on conserving and protecting Pacific salmon stocks. The brand also supports salmon enhancement programs and community initiatives, inviting customers to be part of a group that values fishing and the future of Vancouver Island’s waters.
