Vantage Career Center is a renowned career-technical school that offers a wide range of programs for high school students and adults. Open to eleventh and twelfth graders living in the thirteen member school districts across Mercer, Putnam, Paulding, and Van Wert counties, Vantage Career Center provides nationally recognized curriculum taught by industry experts using advanced technology and equipment. With over 550 high school students enrolled in our 18 programs, students have the opportunity to participate in regional, state, and national competitions to showcase their skills and leadership.

Our adult education programs focus on health, public safety, and manufacturing and are open to graduating seniors, adults exploring new career paths, and local employers looking to upskill their employees. Vantage Career Center also encourages student involvement in extracurricular activities, including sports, band, and clubs, to stay connected to their home schools. Upon graduation, students have multiple options, including entering the workforce, enrolling in apprenticeship programs, attending college or university, or joining the military.
