About

Description

Van Buren District Library is dedicated to serving the residents of Van Buren County, MI. With our seven branch libraries, we provide access to a wide range of resources, including books, DVDs, magazines, and audiobooks. Our aim is to fulfill the reading and informational needs of our community.

In addition to physical materials, we offer an array of online resources. These include Ancestry, a valuable tool for exploring local history, as well as MeL Articles & Databases, Fold3 Library Edition, and Michigan Legal Help. We also provide access to eLibrary platforms such as Libby, Hoopla Digital, and MeLCat, so you can enjoy your favorite books and movies from the comfort of your own home.

At Van Buren District Library, we are committed to promoting lifelong learning. That's why we offer services like Tutor. com, where you can receive free homework help from live tutors.

We also organize various programs and events, such as our Around the World with VBDL series, which brings the world to Southwest Michigan through events inspired by different countries. Sign up for our 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program and help your child embark on the path to becoming a reader. Plus, stay in the know with our mailing list, so you never miss out on the latest updates.
