## Description

V Cycling Academy is a sports organization based in Grumello del Monte, Italy, dedicated to using sport as a means of personal growth and education. The academy presents cycling as a way to build confidence, responsibility, social connection, and resilience, while promoting inclusion and access to sporting activity. It also emphasizes the prevention of youth hardship and addiction, including substance use, alcohol, and gambling.

For the 2026 season, its program focuses primarily on road cycling, with selected young riders also taking part in national mountain bike competitions. Cyclocross is included as a development discipline for younger riders, supported by technical partner PITON. The academy also offers winter athletic preparation at the elementary school gymnasium in Bolgare.

Its approach encourages athletes to learn from successes and setbacks, monitor progress, and carry lessons from sport into everyday life. V Cycling Academy has adopted a safeguarding policy for the protection of minors in line with current regulations. It promotes a forward-looking sporting journey grounded in experience, commitment, and personal development.
