## Description

**Brand Description**

The Workers’ Committees Forum in Israel is dedicated to advocating for employee rights and adapting to the rapidly changing landscape of work influenced by technology, globalization, and demographic shifts. With a focus on addressing the challenges posed by artificial intelligence (AI) and automation, this organization brings together trade unions and professional associations to foster dialogue and collaboration. They emphasize the importance of protecting workers as technology evolves, and they provide tools and strategies to navigate the changing job market.

Scheduled for June 23, 2025, at the International Convention Center in Tel Aviv, the annual Conference and Trade Fair promises to be a hub of knowledge sharing, featuring expert lectures on key issues such as the role of unions during crises, and the impact of automation on jobs. Participants will explore innovative approaches to maintaining fair working conditions and will have opportunities for networking, enriching discussions, and experiencing interactive exhibits related to employee welfare. This event is crucial for those looking to adapt to the new realities of the workforce while safeguarding employee interests.
