## Description

VEGenova is a Genoa-based vegan festival and community founded by Giulia Cimarosti and Alice Cosso. First launched in 2022, the event brings people together to explore vegan food, ethical living, and animal advocacy. Its fourth edition is scheduled for April 25 and 26, 2026, at Villa Durazzo Bombrini in Genoa, with free admission and free attendance registration.

The two-day festival features food producers, local and international brands, artisans, eco-friendly and plant-based products, animal-rights associations, and animal sanctuaries. Visitors can discover everything from burgers and sandwiches to less familiar vegan products, alongside talks, conferences, activities, and opportunities for networking and discussion. The program also includes guest speakers and exhibitors, with details published on the festival website.

VEGenova’s work extends beyond the event: it maintains a community, shares news and upcoming meetups through its newsletter, and invites businesses selling or producing vegan goods to seek accreditation. Organized by VEGenova ETS, the initiative also welcomes donations to support its activities.
